Psychographed Letter offers a digital service for producing psychographed letters, prepared by mediums, based on the information provided by the user in an online questionnaire. Delivery is made digitally, to the email address given in the order.

3. Nature of the Service and Entertainment Purpose

The service is offered exclusively for purposes of entertainment, emotional support, and spiritual reflection. We do not guarantee proven communication with spirits, specific results, emotional healing, or any other verifiable supernatural effect.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is made in advance, by bank transfer or credit card, depending on the chosen plan. Due to the personalized nature of the service and the spiritual work involved in preparing each letter, no refunds are offered after the psychographed letter has been delivered.

5. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time varies depending on the plan purchased, up to 5 business days on the standard delivery plan, with shorter timeframes on priority delivery plans, always counted from payment confirmation.

6. Appropriate Use of the Service

The user agrees to provide truthful information in the questionnaire and to use the service respectfully, refraining from any fraudulent, offensive use, or use contrary to the purpose of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The delivered psychographed letter is for the personal and private use of the order recipient. Its reproduction, distribution, or commercialization for purposes other than personal use is prohibited without prior authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Psychographed Letter is not responsible for personal interpretations of the letter's content, nor for decisions made based on that content. The service does not replace professional health support, and we assume no responsibility for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
